Job Description Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales and Account Manager to drive the growth and manage key accounts in the diagnostic imaging equipment sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical imaging sales, excellent account management skills, and a proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships. This role is essential to ensuring the company continues its market growth and meets sales targets by delivering superior customer solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Growing of client accounts – new and existing
- Driving and achieving sales targets
- Managing clients within the allocated territory
- Ensuring healthy relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver optimally to the client
- Accomplished with the assistance of the sales manager and the technical team as well as the sales administrator.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base within the healthcare, radiology, and veterinary markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings with potential clients to promote the company's imaging solutions, including X-ray, CT, MRI, US and other equipment.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing customer inquiries, technical requirements, and post-sale support.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients to ensure profitability while delivering value.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with internal teams, including service, technical support, and marketing, to ensure smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product managers to stay informed about the latest advancements in diagnostic imaging technology and how they can meet customer needs.
- Facilitate customer training sessions on the operation and maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment.
- Keep customers informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements that may impact their business.
Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of sales and account management experience in the medical or diagnostic imaging industry.
- Strong technical understanding of diagnostic imaging systems (X-ray, CT, MRI, etc.).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a highly competitive environment.
